What makes up the cost

Service fee

Charged when funds move from the invoice’s temporary address to your merchant wallet. The rate depends on your plan and is deducted in the same token the buyer paid with.

Network fee (BNF)

Charged by the blockchain for the sweep from the temporary address, for withdrawals and for refunds. Deducted in the network’s main coin — ETH on Ethereum, for example.

What there is not

No onboarding charge, no module fees, no support fees. There is no monthly subscription.

Limits and network fees

The minimum payment amount and the withdrawal network fee for every asset-and-network pair, taken from the platform directory. An invoice and its locked rate hold for up to 60 minutes.

All questions
What is the payment acceptance fee?

The service fee is 1% of the incoming payment. It is deducted when funds move from the invoice’s temporary address to your merchant wallet, in the same token the buyer paid with. At higher volume the rate is negotiated individually. The network fee is charged separately.

Is there a setup or monthly fee?

No. There is no charge for onboarding, modules or support. You only pay a percentage of turnover plus the network fee on withdrawal.

How fast are payouts?

A payout is created via an API request, confirmed in a second step and broadcast to the network. After that the blockchain sets the pace: on Tron and BNB Chain confirmation takes seconds. Every status change arrives as an IPN notification.

What if the rate moves during payment?

The payable amount is calculated when the currency and network are chosen and locked until the invoice expires — the deadline arrives in the expires_at field. If the buyer misses it, the invoice is cancelled, and funds sent after cancellation are likely lost. To take the rate out of the equation entirely, invoice in stablecoins.
