Terms of service

How to connect to the service, the obligations of both parties, pricing, payout timing and grounds for suspension.

Last updated June 1, 2026

Subject

The service provides a technology solution for accepting crypto payments and issuing payouts. The service is not a bank and does not provide banking services.

The agreement takes effect when an account is registered and the project passes review.

Onboarding

Connecting requires registering an account, completing the project questionnaire and providing company documents.

Project review normally takes one business day.

The service may decline onboarding following a risk assessment without disclosing the details of that assessment.

Pricing

The fee is deducted from the incoming payment at the rate of the active plan. There is no onboarding charge and no monthly subscription.

The network fee is charged separately and depends on blockchain congestion at the time of the operation.

The service gives advance notice of pricing changes in the dashboard and by email.

Rates and locking

The conversion rate is locked when the invoice is created and holds for the limited period shown on the checkout page.

Once the lock expires, an unpaid invoice is treated as expired or recalculated at the current rate, according to the project settings.

Payouts

A payout is initiated by the customer or triggered by a configured schedule. The service broadcasts the transaction to the network within a reasonable time after approval.

Delivery speed to the recipient is determined by the blockchain and is outside the service’s control.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the addresses and networks provided. Funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.

Suspension

Service may be suspended where indicators of unlawful activity are found, the agreement is breached, or inaccurate information has been provided.

The customer is notified of a suspension with the reason, where disclosure is permitted by law.

Liability

The service is responsible for the correct technical processing of operations within its own infrastructure.

The service is not liable for changes in crypto asset value, blockchain network failures or the actions of third parties.
